Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Kelime Pasaportu account and the game progress saved in the cloud at any time.
In the app
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and cloud save are deleted right away.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion” and include your username. If you signed in with Apple or Google, writing from that account’s email address helps us confirm the account is yours.
We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your username, account ID, the link to your Apple or Google account and your cloud save (levels, stars, coins, XP, streaks and passport words).
Purchase records may be kept separately by Apple, Google and our payments provider RevenueCat where the law requires. Coins in a deleted account cannot be restored.
